Lorenzo Insigne celebrates his goal against Udinese
Serie A leaders Napoli progressed to the quarter-finals of the Coppa Italia with a 1-0 win over Udinese on Tuesday.
Substitute Lorenzo Insigne scored 18 minutes from time to set up a clash with either Atalanta or Sassuolo on January 2.
Napoli coach Maurizio Sarri rested some senior players,sbobet mobile including Insigne and Dries Mertens, but was forced to introduce them early in the second half.The duo combined in the 72nd minute, with Mertens threading a ball through for Insigne to beat Udinese goalkeeper Simone Scuffet with a precise low shot into the bottom right corner.
