Police in Buenos Aires are investigating a link between a bar in the city and an attack with stones and bottles pic5678that the Boca Juniors team bus suffered upon their arrival at the Estadio Monumental.The latter attack ultimately caused the suspension of the return leg of the Copa Libertadores final.Last Friday, police made two seizures of large amounts of cash which may have came from the black market resale of tickets to the game in homes of people linked to the bar in question."Without a doubt, there was a failure [in security] during the arrival of the Boca bus," said the city's security secretary, Marcelo D'Alessandro.pic5678There are detainees and it is being investigated how the ring of security failed and the consequences of a link to the bar."We had a seizure of more than 10 million pesos and tickets were also confiscated from those involved with the bar."That prevented them entering the stadium and many tried to generate acts of violence afterwards.We are investigating the relationship between the incidents with the bar and the violence with the bus but for us, it is a direct relationship.
